Superseded by #3832

This issue was created unnecessarily. Joshua confirmed that the existing #3832 (Misc commits) is the single collector for all non-functional changes in YM-Android7, including repository workflow instructions.

The AGENTS.md convention update is committed on main as bb7f52c under #3832. No functional code changed.

The prepared replacement for the earlier published combined commit now consists of 086c1cf (#3887, passkey code/tests/docs) and 4fa1500 (#3832, AGENTS.md only), on branch codex/split-passkey-workflow-3889. It supersedes the earlier 1757e03 workflow commit that referenced this issue. Replacing published history remains pending approval.

Close this redundant issue and use #3832 for future non-functional commit batches.
