Description

Upgrade the Android app compileSdk and targetSdk from 36 to 37 to address the old-target warning. Use AGP 9.1.1 and Gradle 9.3.1, install the API 37 SDK for validation, review applicable Android 17 behavior changes, and keep related compatibility adjustments and build documentation in this batch. Validate debug and minified release builds, unit tests, and instrumentation-test compilation. Preserve minimum Android 14 support. Excludes unrelated app version metadata, local toolchain settings, and the separate Compose BOM inspection suppression.
