Joshua authorized one dedicated issue for all release commits. Reuse this collector across all YM-Android7 releases for release preparation: version/build-number metadata, release notes and checklists, and release validation/tagging metadata. Do not create an issue per release or per commit. Independent change batches still require separate commits. Routine build configuration and other housekeeping use #3832 (Misc commits). Application features and bug fixes retain their specifically scoped issues, including their directly related tests and documentation.
