Description

Bring Android identity enrollment to parity with iOS. Send appVersion during SMS verification, persist the IDP-issued passid and identity metadata safely, fetch and cache /ymid/params with ETag revalidation, support retry after verification, and flag identities that need re-verification after a public-parameter generation advance.
