Non-functional commit collector¶

Joshua confirmed that this single issue is the collector for all non-functional commit batches in YM-Android7, including repository instructions, documentation-only updates, and housekeeping. Reuse #3832 instead of creating separate issues for such changes.

Independent batches still require separate commits even when they share this collector. Functional changes use their corresponding feature or bug issue, with directly related implementation, tests, and documentation kept together.

The convention is recorded in repository-root AGENTS.md by commit bb7f52c, which changes only that file. The mistakenly created workflow issue #3889 is superseded by this collector.

A separate local proposal to split the earlier published combined commit is prepared on codex/split-passkey-workflow-3889: 086c1cf contains the passkey batch under #3887 and 4fa1500 contains AGENTS.md only under #3832. Replacing the published combined commit remains pending approval.
